This is essential, as all payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable due to our suppliers' contractual terms. TRAVEL NOTES:

• Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. Refunds will not be provided for an invalid passport, so please ensure your passport is up to date.

• All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. If the US dollar devalues, Paradise Haven Travels LLC reserves the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency devaluation.

• Currently, U.S. passport holders will receive a visa upon entry into Dubai. No fee is required at this time. If changes happen, we will alert you via email.

• If you select the LAND ONLY PACKAGE, you are required to make your own flight arrangements and airport transfers. When making your own flight arrangements, you must pay close attention to the dates. The start date listed is the date that the group flight will leave the US for Dubai. The hotel check-in date is the next day.

• The airline flight schedule for the full package will be released days before the trip.

• At check-in, a credit card will be required for check-in to cover anticipated room incidentals.

• A full day-by-day itinerary will be provided 30 days before travel, if not earlier.​

RESTRICTIONS:

International Tours:  Hotels, sea, and river cruises outside of the United States are not required to comply with ADA requirements and therefore may not have ramps, wide entryways, or elevators to accommodate disabled passengers or devices such as wheelchairs, walkers, or motorized scooters.  Due to physical constraints and space limitations, wheelchairs, walkers, and motorized scooters may not be taken aboard motor coaches and river cruises.
