To protect your trip investment, travel insurance is strongly recommended. Missing a vacation is bad enough.  Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse.  All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable due to contractual terms with our suppliers.  Our preferred provider is Travel Insured International; however, you may choose any provider of your preference. We’re happy to help you secure a plan that fits your travel style so

you can move forward with peace of mind.

​TRAVEL NOTES:

• Passport Requirements
  International travel requires a passport that is valid for at least six (6) months beyond your return date. Refunds will not be issued due to an invalid or expired passport. Please confirm that your passport is current before booking.

• Currency & Pricing
  All pricing is based on the exchange rate in effect at the time of your quote. If the U.S. dollar declines against the local currency, Paradise Haven Travels LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing accordingly. Any increase due to currency devaluation will be reflected on your final invoice.

• Visa Information
  Currently, U.S. passport holders can obtain a visa upon arrival in Dubai at no additional cost. Should entry requirements change, we’ll notify you by email.

• Land-Only Package Details
  If you select the Land Only Package, you are responsible for booking your own flights and airport transfers.  The airport you will fly into is Dubai International Airport.  The airport code is DXB.  Please pay close attention to travel dates: The flight will leave on April 2, 2026, and arrive in Dubai on April 3, 2026.  Please make note of these dates and plan your flight and airport transfer accordingly.

• Flight Schedule for Full Package
  For guests on the full package, final airline schedules are typically confirmed and shared shortly before departure.

• Hotel Check-In
  A major credit card will be required at check-in to cover anticipated room charges.

• Itinerary Release
  A detailed day-by-day itinerary will be provided approximately 30 days before departure (or earlier, when available).​

RESTRICTIONS:

For international tours, please note that hotels, ocean cruises, and river cruises outside of the United States are

not required to comply with ADA standards. As a result, some properties and vessels may not offer features such

as ramps, widened entryways, or elevators to accommodate mobility needs or devices (including wheelchairs, walkers, or motorized scooters).

In addition, due to space limitations and physical constraints, wheelchairs, walkers, and motorized scooters may

not be permitted on certain motor coaches and river cruises.

TERMS & POLICIES:

• Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

• All payments to Paradise Haven Travels LLC are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

• Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. If you enter your name incorrectly, a name fee may apply.

• Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.

• If you choose our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger monthly payments than what is required. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

• Roommate Matching is available but not guaranteed.

• Airline seat assignments are solely up to the airlines.

• If you require another class of service other than the economy seats that are included in the full package, you should purchase the land-only package.  We can assist with an upgraded class of service.

• Name changes are allowed with a $250 name change fee, plus any vendor fees.

• Late payment of $250 per person is required after the final due date. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservations the day after your final due date.

• All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
