Nicole Sicard with Paradise Haven Travels is by far the best travel agent I have ever dealt with. She always goes above and beyond to make sure that I am always happy and satisfied with her service. She will go overboard to ensure that her client has the best trip. Nicole doesn’t just create trips; she creates experiences. Every time I had an issue on vacation or something may have come up (cause things do happen outside of her control), I would call or text Nicole, and she always did whatever she needed to do to ensure I was happy, and the issue was resolved. She handles all payments, reservations, transportation, excursions, anything you can think of concerning my trip - it is all planned for me. All I literally have to do is show up to the airport with my passport and luggage in hand.
She is also very organized and is very knowledgeable about traveling to different places. Whatever information I need to know, she takes the time to find out for me.
