Paradise Haven delivers a range of services to help craft the ultimate, custom-made travel experience for our clients. We have a streamlined process that is highly-organized and efficient. I’ll take care of the heavy lifting, so all you have to do is anticipate your upcoming getaway.
How Does the Process Work?

Consultation
We begin with a consultation, usually by phone, where you fill me in on the type of trip you have in mind. Whether it’s solo travel, a group trip, or a special milestone celebration, I’ll help you craft the trip that fits your needs.

Research & Price Quote
Once I know what your travel preferences are, I’ll get to work on researching the highest quality accommodations and activities, and then return to you with a price quote.

Collection of Initial Deposit
After you sign off on the quote, I’ll collect the initial deposit, and book your trip.

Finalize Itineraries
While awaiting your departure date, we’ll work together to add on any additional plans or excursions to have your travel plans exactly the way you want them.

Final Payment & Pre-trip Consultation
Before departure, you’ll make your final payment, and we’ll have a pre-trip consultation call. I’ll send over your travel documents and finalized itineraries.

Departure
You’ll depart on your trip. I’ll be available throughout your travels to provide tips, suggestions, and to help you with any issues should they arise.

Debrief
After you return home, we’ll set up some time for a follow-up call, where we’ll debrief and go over how the trip went.

FEES
​During an initial complimentary consultation, we will get to know each other and discuss options for your trip.

Our design fees range from $150 - $350* per itinerary. After this non-refundable fee, you only pay for the cost of the trip.
We then research the best options for your flights, accommodations, excursions, etc. We are not affiliated with any hotel or cruise company so our top priority is your vacation experience.

We research and provide you with the best flight options for your trip... Coach, Business Class, or Private Jets. If you have loyalty points or miles available you are welcome to use them for your flights. We can design and book the rest of your trip.

Ground Transportation

It is so important to have the logistics of your trip planned before you travel. Our itineraries include private ground transfers so when you arrive at the airport someone will be there to take you to your desired accommodations. If your trip includes a multi-stop, all trains, flights, and car service will be included.

​We partner with travel suppliers that are on the ground at your destination. You will have a local contact to reach should you need assistance during your trip. Your travel assistant will be familiar with your itinerary and is available to you 24/7 to assist with anything from changing pick up times, to any other questions that may arise along the way.

Travel insurance provides a great safety net just in case life prevents you from traveling or if anything goes wrong during your trip. Insurance is an investment that completes your vacation experience.
